The shortage of financing is real, and everywhere, individuals and companies feel the stiffening of the conditions of access to credit. For banks, so-called ‘market’ financial activities have become so profitable that financing operations in the real economy are less ‘liquid’ than they devote most of their efforts to them.
And the new banking standards called Bale 3 (which increase banks’ constraints on financing) do not succeed to reverse this trend!
This development makes entrepreneurs’ search for financing more and more complicated, and it is not uncommon for profitable businesses to be opposed by bankers’ refusals, even though they have good prospects for exploitation.
If today the stiffness of the financing conditions leads the states to cough and the entire economy to falter, it is to say if the entrepreneur who does not have the required ‘standing’ is in a bad position when he is looking for money!
